Doing the WAVE in math class??

Students participated in creating and collecting data based on the number of students and the time it would take for them to “do the wave”, a traditional sports’ spectator event.

Students then plotted the data and found the line-of-best-fit to predict how long it would take 300 students to complete the wave!
