My Best Christmas Ever

One snowy Christmas my friends were over. We were playing basketball. It was fun while we were playing basketball. But it was getting cold. So we went inside then warmed up by the fireplace. We got a letter saying that there is a little girl who needs to get her heart fixed in the hospital and needs money to do it. Her name was Cammy and she lives in a shelter but she used to live in Chile. We decided to send money to help her. This is how we did it. We did our chores to earn money for Cammy. My sister and me did it. We did our bed, brushed our teeth, brushed our hair, and picked out our clothes. When we did them, my aunt would send the money that we made to Cammy in the shelter. We had the best Christmas ever helping Cammy.

On the day before Christmas, me and my mom and dad went to the Christmas store. We were looking for Christmas tree. I was helping. We looked at lots of trees we liked. We found a tree. It was perfect and it looked pretty. When we got it home we decorated it. We put bulbs on it and candy canes. Little birds too. Then we went to Blockbuster to rent a movie. Then I went to bed. In the morning I saw my dad and gave him a great big hug. Then I woke mom then opened my presents. After that I looked in my stocking. After that, I played with my new toys. Then my mom and dad looked in their stockings. It was a great Christmas.

It was the day before Christmas. We went to get our Christmas tree. When we got there, there were lots of trees to pick. They all were green and pointy. We found a green and pointy tree. It was pretty tall. Then we took the Christmas tree back to our house. It was bedtime. We went to bed. When we woke up, we went downstairs. We saw only a couple of presents for me. We saw a muddy and snowy footprint downstairs. We thought it was Santa’s footprint. It was going into the room. We went into the room and found a drum set. I felt good. Then all of my aunts and uncles came over to my house with all my cousins. We played with my cousins downstairs. We had a lot of fun at my house. Then they had to leave to the airport and got on a plane. When we got back from the airport, I called my grandma and grandpa. They said hi to me. I told them that I got a cool drum set and that I play it all the time. I am pretty good at the drum set. Then I went downstairs and played. It was cool that I had a treasure hunt on Christmas day.

At home on Christmas morning, we saw snow falling on the ground. I was with Tommy and Robert, we went to play outside. Robert fell in a big snow pile. We got Robert out of the big snow pile and made a snow castle. The castle had four windows, three towers, and one drawbridge. We painted it. It was white and red. Then we ate snow. The snow was soft. It tasted good and it was white. Then we went inside. We took off our coats, sweatshirts, snow pants, gloves, and hats. We got on our robes and went to the living room. I can't wait until I go outside again.

It was my Birthday. I was excited. I was turning seven. My mom got home and I wanted to play Mario Tennis. But I wasn't done with my homework. My mom said you can't play until you finish your homework. I had an idea. I was going to finish my homework. After that I played Mario Tennis. Then the doorbell rang. It was a friend called Mark. I saw Elijah my brother too. We played Mario Tennis for a few minutes. The doorbell rang again. It was our friends, Ian and Nikko. But something strange was happening. Only a few people came. I was shocked. But then more people came. We had a fun time.

One Christmas Eve my family and I made chocolate cake. We always make cake for Santa. I made some reindeer food. I mixed oatmeal, raisins, carrots and glitter. I sprinkled the reindeer food in the front yard. I went to bed. I couldn't fall asleep because I was so excited. But finale I did. The next day it was Christmas. Marty and I were jumping off the walls because we were so excited to open the presents. We were waiting for dad to finish wrapping moms presents. Marty and I helped dad to finish wrapping. Then we called mom to come by the Christmas tree. I was about to open the gift when I thought I was going to break the presents. So I looked in my stocking. I had lots of fun toys and candies. After that I walked to my presents. Marty opened first! I opened next. I held the present very tight. I opened it with my other hand. It was a trophy that said, "Holly, Best Little Helper." I thought good thing I didn't break it. I opened all the other presents. I got a giant Laa Laa. I loved my presents. I had a great Christmas.

On Christmas Eve my family goes to my Grandma's. We always give our cousins gifts. Everybody else in my family too. And I always am tired when I get home. But I can't sleep because I am too excited. I know that I will get presents. And in the morning I woke up and got everybody else up. I started to unwrap my presents until I heard the doorbell ring. Santa was there. He gave me and my brother a mini-motorcycle, the motorcycle was red. I got a radio in an odd shaped box. My brother got a duck game. Me and my other brother liked it. It was fun. It only worked in the dark. And I had the best Christmas ever!

It was the day before Christmas. My family always comes over for Christmas Eve. My sister Jamie could not wait. Neither could I. Meanwhile, my sister Jamie and my Dad started to make a snow wash. Well I am inside helping my Mom make cookies for Santa Claus. I set a tray full of carrots. I got some 2 percent milk out for Santa Claus. My family started to come over one by one. I have the most important job to do. That is watch over the littlest kid in my family. That’s my little cousin Tyler. Me and my cousins play on the computer. My Aunt Helen gives me a collection of snowbabies. I really like them but I want the whole collection. But I don’t know if I will get the whole collection. I am scared to tell her I want the whole collection. I will never tell her I want the whole collection. When the party is over my Aunt Kim stays later than everybody else. Jamie and I have to go to bed. My sister dozes off right away. Well, I think I am going to get coal. The next day me and Jamie go to the railing and take a peek at the presents. I guess I don’t have coal after all. I go to wake up my Mom and Dad and we go down stairs. Mom gets coffee for Dad and herself. Mom and Dad watch us open our presents. We get everything we wanted. But some of the stuff we got, we forgot to put on our Christmas list. But we had a merry, merry Christmas anyway.

One Christmas my sister, Danika, and I woke up. We saw our stockings sitting on the bottom of the bed. We saw dolls sticking out of them. My sister, Danika, had Karen from Frosty the Snowman. I got Susan from Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer. My sister, Danika, and I got ornaments. Then, we watched our parents open their stockings. We had to wait on the steps while Dad got the living room ready. He made tunnels for the train. He gets the cookies ready, the presents, his coffee, and the video camera. Then, he gets his Santa Claus hat and yells. "OK!" Then we come running down the stairs. Dad gives us each a present. He says 1,2,3, go! Then we open our presents. My first present was an inflatable chair. I also got a doll and a necklace. Our big present for our family was a gymnastics mat. I really liked Christmas. I felt happy. That’s why I think it was the best Christmas ever. I liked the presents.

I was at my house with my sister, Alex, my Mom and Dad, and my brother, D.J. We woke up and went to the living room to get our presents. When we got there we couldn’t find them. We looked for them upstairs. While we were looking for them we heard a noise. We ran to the third floor. We saw Santa’s boot print. We found a note. It said look under your beds. We found our presents.
