Pies and Pastries First Semester Hours 1and 3
Notebooks will be graded again at the mid of 2nd quarter.
Remember to do your homework-Know your lab job for your recipe. Be prepared. Lab grades are 50% of your class grade.
Extra credit is available. A total of 5 extra credit samples are accepted each quarter. Cooking at Home and Article Review Forms are in folders on my desk for you to take home.
Final presentations of your Pastry for your Practical Exam will be made the week of January 5th, 2009.
