The seven minute stations are fitness stations where students will spend one seven minute period a day to work on various components of fitness.  Each day the students will work at a different station for the seven minutes.  I will change the station and the activities throughout the year. Examples of  stations are:

bulletPull Up station for collecting data for their President's Challenge
bulletMini Hurdles and ladder station for footwork and agility
bulletCurl Up station to practice for fitness assessment
bulletPush ups and Triceps lunges for upper body strength and toning
bulletkoosh ball foot tag: for footwork, agility and aerobics
bulletSit and Reach station: for flexibility
