Our team included 139 members of the Grosse Pointe Schools community, including many staff members, a record number of students, and eleven breast cancer survivors

In our fourth year as a district-wide team we won the Ford Top School K-12 award for the fourth year in a row

Thank you very much to the building coaches who made this effort happen: Maria Barkley, Stephanie Erhard, Walt Fitzpatrick, Christina Gill, Bernadette Hardin, Sheryl Hogan, Betty Lou Rowe, Carolyn Sevin, and Darlene Schmidt.  An extra special thanks to building captain Tom Schultz who recruited a record number of students - roughly a third of the entire team!

Thanks to students from Brownell and Richard for helping to decorate Pink Up the Town ribbons.  (We actually found some on the course on race day - see below.)

Congratulations to members of the Brownell staff for winning the staff participation award.  They will be having lunch on Mr. Harwood.
