Classroom Policies Some basic classroom policies are as follows: 1) Classroom Rules are Monteith's Rules: Be respectful, responsible, and safe! 2) Homework: Watch for weekly assignments. They will consist of writing, sounds, counting, and reading. 3) Communication: A daily "Take Home Folder" will be sent back and forth between us in the children's backpacks every day--even if there is nothing to go home, or nothing to return to school. This will create a good routine and help ensure communication between us.
