The Video Mobile Unit

One of the many ways that Grosse Pointe North and Souths TV Production departments are connected together is that they share equipment between schools, especially expensive equipment like the Video Mobile Unit.

The Video Mobile Unit is equipped with state of the art television equipment and has the capability of going on location for school events such as school sports, special events, and music concerts such as The Roostertail Race Weekend.


Tom Sadler (right) is the Technical Director who supervises students on Electronic Field Productions (EFP) and also keeps the truck and the television studios in top operating condition.
