7th Grade Science: The seventh grade curriculum is intended to provide students with a comprehensive exposure to the life sciences that meets and often exceeds state and national objectives. The school year will be divided into 4 main units, each taking about one quarter to complete. These 4 units are: Cells, Heredity and Adaptation, Properties of Matter, and Plants.. The curriculum has been designed to help prepare students for further science study in high school and for the 8^th grade science MEAP test next year.
