COMMERCIAL FOODS I

This introductory course acquaints students with the many job opportunities available in the food service industry.  With strong emphasis placed on the organization and operation of the food service facility, students acquire many of the skills in food preparation and customer service necessary for future careers.  Students with a commitment to this area may enroll for 20 credits. This course is a prerequisite for Commercial Foods II and Commercial Foods Co-op.
