Step 1
Conjugate the verb IR according to the subject.

Step 2
Decide which reflexive verb you need to use.

Step 3
Make sure that the reflexive verb is in the infinitive AND that the reflexive pronoun corresponds to the subject.

Step 4
Use a la(s) to say at a such and such time.

a la una = at 1:00

a las dos = at 2:00

Or use antes de = before or después de = after to finish the sentence.

Remember that the verb that follows the prepositions antes de and después de remains in the infinitive.
